How do I order?

It’s easy!! Browse through the available apparel, add the items to your cart, and checkout. Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep within 7-10 from your order date.

What are the shipping costs?

All items are shipped via USPS . The shipping charge is figured into the total cost of the item(s) you are ordering.

How do I get a quote for your custom orders?

Every custom order that we produce is unique and different! All you need to do is send us an email with information about your order (specifics are included in the following FAQ) and we’ll reply with a free custom price quote! Please confirm if there is a brand of apparel that you prefer and we will quote using that product line.

*We require a minimum of 12 items or more to place a custom order.*

What are your custom order prices based on?
  1. Quantity of items in the order – largest size needed (Standard t-shirts go up to 6X in certain colors).
  2. Type of apparel (for example, a plain white cotton tee will be priced differently than a polyester quarter-zip)
  3. # of colors in the design/logo
  4. # of locations being imprinted (i.e. front and back, front and sleeve, just front, etc)
What if I need my custom order to be at or under a certain amount?

With access to multiple mills we will work with you to find a garment that meets both your quality and price criteria. There’s always a chance as well that we can tweak your design colors/location to give you a more cost-effective item!

What if I don’t know exactly what I want my custom design to look like?

That’s perfectly fine! That’s why we have a design team! We’ll put you in contact with one of our staff and they’ll collaborate with you to create the exact design you’re wanting. Our company has advanced design creation software that we use to come up with a look that’s custom to you! Digital proofs are supplied on all custom orders for approval.

Can we have an idea of what our custom order will look like before it goes to print?

Yes! Once the design is finalized we’ll create a digital proof for you to preview showing exactly what your design will look like on your garment of choice. This is also a great tool to use to advertise your product on your own site as well!

Can you do embroidery?

Definitely! Our pricing for embroidery is based on the number of stitches in the design. The most important thing is that we receive a file of exactly what you’re wanting embroidered in order to give you an accurate quote.

*There are no minimum quantities required for an embroidery order.*

Can you imprint items other than clothing?

Absolutely! We have access to over 3,000 promotional products- you name it, we’ll print it.

*Required quantities will vary depending on the product.*

What is your return policy?

If your order arrives and you are not 100% satisfied we’ll work with you to replace your order if we are notified within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please call us at 614-834-2989 if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason. We stand behind our products!

No sales tax for our of state orders

Logo Images, LLC is located in Ohio. Sales tax is only charged for customers located in the state of Ohio who have not filed for tax exemption, any out of state orders are not charged for sales tax.
